I bought a golf stand bag and the bag clearly has a defective design. The wire is held to a plastic ring by a simple split washer. The split washer has come off twice and thus the stand legs don't extract away from the bag. Very cheap and poor design. Jones sent me new split washers, but the problem is much deeper than a simple split washer remedy. It's a design fault. I would like my money back for this bag. As it has broken twice within the first year and I know it will continue to be an ongoing problem. Thank you for your consideration to replace our refund. My bag money. Steven Spain 336-944-3295
