My mom has been a loyal customer and purchased a lot of jewelry from JTV. She purchased over $1200 in October worth of jewelry. She the fell ill and passed away 2/24/2024. We did not know about the jewelry until we started to go through her belongings. We delivered the jewelry to those we could determine who she wanted to have them. There were several items we just could not figure out. I found the receipts and although it said items needed to be returned by 1/31/2024, I thought with a letter of explanation with a copy of the death certificate that someone at JTV would have a heart and make an exception and accept the return of the items I sent with receipts. My Dad received a package in the mail with the jewelry I sent with a very generic letter stating the return was past the return period.
It is very sad that a company like JTV will not even make an exception when one of their customers passes away. It has made an already difficult time even more difficult and disappointing.
