“I purchased a ring. It actually looked beautiful when I received it. It was expensive. I purchased from them before and usually don't have a big problem. After 4 weeks the stones fell out. I had already made two stretch pays. I sent the ring back. They told me that it looked like it had been worn hard, whatever that means. I had only worn it three times on special occasions. And they took back 3/4 of the cost of the ring for restocking and tax. And the sales representative I spoke with admittedly said that they would probably sell it as a pre-owned so they'll make double their money. I asked for the ring back. I figured I'd get it fixed. They told me that that window of opportunity has closed. I think that they're thieves, and in no universe should have restocking fee be almost the cost of the Ring. So I just threw away $300 and I'm absolutely disgusted that they stole that money from me. I will not be purchasing from them again”
“Had I known how much they would take out of my original purchase to send back their inexpensive jewelry I would have just kept it. Hardly worth the bother..
One item was the wrong size and the other was so lightweight it couldn't possibly be worth the original price stated in their advertising.”
“My mom has been a loyal customer and purchased a lot of jewelry from JTV. She purchased over $1200 in October worth of jewelry. She the fell ill and passed away 2/24/2024. We did not know about the jewelry until we started to go through her belongings. We delivered the jewelry to those we could determine who she wanted to have them. There were several items we just could not figure out. I found the receipts and although it said items needed to be returned by 1/31/2024, I thought with a letter of explanation with a copy of the death certificate that someone at JTV would have a heart and make an exception and accept the return of the items I sent with receipts. My Dad received a package in the mail with the jewelry I sent with a very generic letter stating the return was past the return period.
It is very sad that a company like JTV will not even make an exception when one of their customers passes away. It has made an already difficult time even more difficult and disappointing.”
“I purchased a ring and the stone fell out after having it only approximately 2 months. I sent it back and they fixed it. Well it fell out again and I sent it back and they said it would cost too much to fix it. They sent my ring back but kept my stone. I've called them and told them I wanted my stone back because it was mine. I haven't heard from them.”
“Low quality. The quality of their items leaves a lot to be desired. Whoever states their items are "excellent" quality were probably paid to leave those comments or work for JTV. Keep your money and shop elsewhere.”
“I’ve bought many rings from them, and most of the time they are totally off in size. I don’t understand why they can’t make sure that the size is correct when you order a ring!! Then you have to send them back and pay for shipping and the inconvenience of having to do so makes you feel you don’t want to do business with them.”
“every detail for JTV is wonderful, customer service is outstanding, having stretch pay has allowed me to purchase sleeping beauty turquoise at a reasonable cost, it's all without interest..Only issue I have regarding JTV is the preferred card..Don't do it, the scam you, recharge you for items you already paid for..It's better to do it on stretch pay. deal directly with JTV..”
“Got a shiny diamond cocktail ring a few years ago. The website said it was worth $500 more than what I paid. What a joke. Went to a jewelry store to sell it. Was told they were "promotional diamonds" which means....JUNK. STAY AWAY.”
“I have been buying jewelry from JTV for the last 2 or 3 years and l am pleased with most of my purchases. I think they make good jewelry at affordable prices. As the saying goes you get what you pay for, and if pay 50 dollars for a ring you get a 50-dollar ring and so and so forth. I will continue to buy jewelry from JTV as long as l receive good service at fair prices.”
“Happy 50th to me ,I bought 3 beautiful rings in the same day, everything I expected and more!!... great prices and the appearance of the stones are gorgeous, from.the pinks to the yellows and the clarity of the diamonds stimulates....Love!”
“The metal findings sold as Gold Tone, Silver Tone, Rose Tone, Antique Gold Tone, Antique Silver Tone for Jewel School are "base metal" dipped in a metallic type paint. Ooh, they are shiny! However, the quality is the poorest quality product being that several items may be stuck together or damaged. If you are using these products for practice, great, but if you want to make something to sell, do not count on getting any value out of what you make. Yes, they are checked for nickel, cadmium, and lead, but the "base metal" can be anything. Eventually, the product's paint dipped coating would wear off. If you subject the finding to an accidental water, it would rust immediately. The metal findings in Jewel School are basically junk, and the lowest end of junk.”
“STONE FELL OUT of a ring worn less than a handful of times. I do NOT recommend buying junk jewelry from JTV, you'd be better off trying Cracker Jack boxes.”
“I have had a good experience with them. good customer service, good prices, excellent fast delivery, returns have been easy. I don't know... I think that you will have the same experience. This channel is addictive so beware LOL Get yourself something nice but also be reasonable you know what you can afford right? so just stay in your own lane and don't SPEED! :) Have fun!!! You deserve it!”
“If I could give them a zero rating, I would! My husband order my wedding ring from them and in less than two years the whole top of the ring fell off. We returned the ring for a repair and they send it back to us saying they can’t repair my ring.”
“I received a gorgeous ring, however first day I tried it on, a diamond fell out. Upon returning for refund they do not pay for shipping to USA from Canada. Not worth the money, buyer beware, they sell garbage!
Denise”
