I bought two rings separately. Jtv shipped them to me together. Shows in tracking. I returned both rings in same package also. #195376745 and 195376734. Jtv only refunded one. Customer service has no record of other. They keep making me put in 48 hour complaints to returns department. Superviser would not come to the phone. Spent over two hours on phones with them. Still no answers. I shipped them back weeks ago. Feel like I am getting the run around. Afraid I am going to get robbed of 300 dollers. To stressful I aways pay. Jtv slow to do the right thing I know for sure because I don't have the ring jtv dose.. so buyer beware of jtv for this reason. Take your hard earned money else where. Returns department shur dropped the ball on this one.
