Despite raising a significant issue regarding the fixing of the Washing Machine that was raised last month, i was informed that the machine will be fixed in 10 days (From 04th March till 14th March) , I am deeply dismayed by the lack of acknowledgment or recognition of the seriousness of the matter. It is alarming that my concerns were seemingly disregarded, and there has been no effort made to address the issue or provide a satisfactory resolution. Not only does this reflect poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction, but it also demonstrates a blatant disregard for accountability and professionalism. As a valued customer, I expected better treatment and a more proactive approach to resolving issues promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with serious doubts about the reliability and integrity of your company's services. It is evident that there are significant shortcomings in your customer service processes, which need to be urgently addressed to prevent further instances of dissatisfaction among your clientele. I had hoped for a more positive outcome and a swift resolution to my concerns.
