On arriving at the car park our first impression was what an absolute mess, empty beer bottles, cigarette ends and food wrappers strewn all over the place. We were then left outside for 30mins waiting for them to transfer us to the airport. The vehicle was a battered mess and the driver drove like he was on a race track. You will be charged extra to be dropped at the terminal. On our return we waited 40mins to be picked up then the driver was rude and spent half the drive back checking his phone. Once we got to the car park to collect our car the driver got out and just left us all to get our suitcases from the boot. We then had to walk down and bring our car out as they hadn't moved it yo the pick up area. Very unprofessional company, cheap is not always best. We would never use them again.
