Avoid at all costs. Run by a family with no British values - zero customer service, minority complex, shouting at the customers especially if you are a woman & in the middle of nowhere. Abusive behaviour, doggy business, unsafe & would never leave my car there again. Not punctual at all & no empathy for customers that relay on the lift or awaiting pick up. The worst nightmare ever experienced on the English soil. Don’t wish such experience & stress to anyone especially if you are to catch your next flight. Spend extra money & book directly with the airport. I bet - no repeat customers - it’s just works on catching the naive first timers historically used to a certain standard of British service. Don’t be fooled with their nice marketing write up. Inhumane, greedy & avoid at all costs. Any more minute of that nightmare & I would have called a police.
