Honestly some of the most vile customer service I have ever recieved. Ordered over £30 worth of food, said it was delivered at 2:02pm - well at that time I was at my front door waiting for the delivery, as I had recieved a text just a minute or so before to say the order is on its way.
By around 2:30pm I contacted just eat, they passed it to investigations and said I would be contacted in 24-48 hrs. I had to chase this up twice and eventually 6 days later got an email to say basically they won't be refunding me, the driver and the resteraunt confirmed it was delivered to me.
I called them back up, to say my piece, that this wasn't the truth to be told we will pass it to investigations again. No, absolutely not, so I asked to speak with a manager, was told I would recieve a call within 20 mins. Surprise surprise, the call never came. I went and spoke with the resteraunt directly and they stated they had no contact with just eat and in fact did not confirm my order was delivered, they also stated that on the same day I didn't receive my order, 3 other individuals complained about it too! Thankfully the manager passed this on to her manager and personally contacted just eat to sort this for me, but if she hadn't, just eat honestly had no intention what so ever of refunding me. They simply don't care.
