It has been mentioned that it will take btw 15/30 mins for my oder. It is more than 1 hr and 30 mins and my order still not here. Disgusting services!!!!

I bitterly regret trusting this platform with my life savings. They promised security and growth, but when I tried to withdraw, my account was suddenly locked, and I was logged out. left feeling enraged and devastated, thought all was lost. But then I discovered (missviolet551@gmail. c0m) who expertly intervened, saved me from financial ruin. WhatsApp +1- (667)- 487-5571.

Out of last 5 orders , 3 have not turned up and after a frustrating hour plus of waiting find they have been cancelled by the drivers . Then hassle of contacting just eat get money back . Just not acceptable drivers just not turning up after taking job on and causes a whole lot of frustration and hassle as the customer- just Eat has become a complete shambles of a business

The food was not delivered… the delivery driver lied about delivering the food and I have lost out on £50 as just eats refuses to pay me back… I had to re-order through Uber eats costing me another £50….I have been a loyal customer for many years, however I will never use Just eats again… this will be going on all reviews. Disgraceful behaviour on just eats and the delivery driver. I have requested this to be escalated.. however was ignored by customer service… terrible service! Not happy at all… as I have been robbed by just eats!

Beware of this company and their trading platform. I invested because they claimed it was an automated trading system. After several months, they blocked my ability to withdraw my profits, and I realized I had been scammed. Luckily, I reached out to lilo grace 75 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭. C0M, WhatsApp ‪+1=615=414=15=62 and it was the best choice I made because they helped me recover all my money back.

I placed a order at Sainsbury's and the order never delivered but the driver marked delivered that is insane to deal with situations like that, just eat try to avoiding refunds because said the order marked delivered but they never did I need to be careful and avoid just eat or probably buying direct from the store website or go to the store is more secure .

DO NOT BUY GROCERIES FROM JUST EAT! Why I hear you say well because as we all know items get missed by the supermarkets. However if you do what you are supposed to do and press the ’items missing’ button and you have to do this a few times, which invariably you do because as I say supermarkets miss stuff. You get an email from just eat as below Hi XXXXXXXXXX Thank you for contacting us about your recent order XXXXXXXXXXX. We're sorry to hear you didn't have the great experience we wanted for you. We've looked into everything in detail to see what we can do. On this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation based on all the information we have. We appreciate your understanding. Thanks again for getting in touch with us. Just Eat So I sent the below HAVE YOU CONTACTED THE STORE! I have and they immediately confirmed my items were out of stock as they are having supply issues with chicken and eggs and knew the other things I didn’t get, they also ‘Nicola’ she also said they had marked them incorrectly on their system and ‘nil’ which means your system has a fault which means that if IF you could be bothered to contact them you would see that your stealing my money so I don’t want to know your internal ‘investigation’ process because let’s be honest with each other you have NOT done ANY investigations or you would know this SO I ask again have you called the store? They had not! No recourse they just keep your money absolute scumbag level of customer service and I doubt they are telling the taxman they are appropriating no doubt millions a year this way, and as the store had done the right thing their end they won’t get paid for items they didn’t send out. JUST EAT DONT CONTACT THE STORE TO CHECK THEY JUST STEAL THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY THINK WE WILL JUST GP AWAY!!!! On 14th jan I have made order from mc donalds and my drink and apple pie was missing but I was changed full price for it. I reached oit and just eats declined my refund. It gone from cold food to missing items which I also showed to the driver. On 16th I made a order from Morrisons which included 2 boxes of go ahead yogurt breaks but instead received go ahead fruit and oat bakes, I also provide d photos of what I received and still my refund was declined. Disgusting service. I will not be using them again as I see thus as stealing my money and unempathy to paying customers.

Driver stole our food and there’s nothing you can do about it they say it’s been delivered and take your food luckily I payed through PayPal so I will get my money back through them just eat are finished customer services are non existent I will never order through than again

Basically steal your money and let the restaurants lie saying food delivered with no repercussions, when they don't deliver and tell the customer there's nothing they can do.

Just eat is the worst company I have had any dealings with. They don’t bring your orders on time and when they do items are missing and the food is freezing cold. They arrive over an hour late. When requested for a refund their ‘policy’ is not to give refunds. Stay clear and do not use their business delete the app! You’re better off using other apps or going directly to the company JUST STAY AWAY FROM JUST EAT!!!

Just eat just fraud and they don't care about customers safety and security for helath 100% don't recommend i raise complain they can't help me with food order that extremely unhealthy and i have food poisoning and spoiled food i will raise in government complaint also

Horrible experience. They changed delivery time without informing me. When I noticed about it, I cancelled the order, they accepted the cancellation and the refund, they even sent me a message saying “Your refund's on the way (if you were charged)”. That refund never came. I contacted their bot-like-agents, they said when I was cancelling the order, I had accepted not to be refunded. Finally my bank helped me to get my money back. I immediately deleted my account and the app from my phone

Arrived 25 mins late and with missing items which after a call to the Restaura t were finally delivered 30 mins later. Not good and food was nearly £40 for 2 people.

Absolutely horrendous. My order (Order 434958030) never arrived - even though I waited at the entrance well before the driver was scheduled to arrive. i then waited 20-30 min after. The app said it was delivered. It 100% was not. The app gives you a code to give to the driver - which means the driver never got the code. I checked all nearby businesses to confirm no food was delivered there. It was late and there were virtually no businesses open. And our address is clearly marked. So no way the driver could have been confused. To add salt to the wound: Just Eat no only refuses to issue a refund and falsely claimed the driver tried to contact me. I had my phone on me the entire time and received no call, text or message on the app. I spoke to the restaurant where I ordered from. They said they had this issue with Just Eat all the time. Just that day they had an issue with a £650 order. Just Eat has a 1.1 star rating on Trust Pilot for a reason. Unless you want to lose your money and stay hungry do not order from Just Eat. This is the first - and now only - time I will be ordering from Just Eat.

Unsurprisingly low ratings Unsurprisingly low ratings. I can see why. I would give no stars if I could!!!! I placed an order and cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order. I was charged so I contacted JUST EAT, who informed me that I would be refunded in 7 days. Seven days later and no refund so I contacted them again and they reassured me that I would get the monies, I responded to the email stating that 7 days had passed only to get a reply stating that they hope I am happy with the outcome??? I replied back to say there was no outcome only to receive a response stating that I have been charged and would not get a refund as it is in line with policy to charge me??? Really??? This is the second time in two weeks I have been ripped off by JUST EAT! They refuse to refund even the absolute worst service. What is the cancellation policy? How quick do I have to cancel to get a refund and why is it allowed that a timescale is set for delivery and then changed as soon as you pay!
