My partner ordered take out food 1 hour and a half prior to when it was scheduled to arrive, he ordered it especially for that time becuase I am working nights and only have a 30 minute lunch window. The food was late so I called to cancel and was told to contact Just Eat for a refund, so we attempted to call the customer service number is a range of automated messages with no actual person available to talk to, the chat function it is literally like talking to a robot, my partner called up the restaurant as they marked the order as delivered and becuase of that Just Eat said they need to investigate and thst it will take up to 48 hours, I mean is that a joke, I literally went around in circles and there is no actual human to talk to, I wanted to flag a complaint and was told to give feedback via the app, I suppose that is acceptable when stealing money.
