Ordered £20 worth of KFC through just eat, and it was delivered to the wrong address. I watched on the tracking system the driver go down the wrong road and deliver it to the wrong place.
When I phoned up the first time I was put on hold for over an hour until the phone rang off.
The second time I phone up the agent put the phone on mute and stopped replying to me.
The third time (now over 2 days after the order was originally placed) I was told that I would have to wait 48 hours to receive an update from their investigation team. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told again I would have to wait 48 hours.
In conclusion just eat took my money, didn’t deliver my food and is now refusing to give my money back.
