Absolutely shocking... Ordered 2 meals from subway. Both arrived freezing cold and 90% completely wrong and not even fit to feed the dog.. contacted the store who advised me there's nothing they can do without me contacting just eat in order for them to resend/refund my order. Contact just eat to be transferred to 3 seperate agents, who all refused to assist me. Finally transferred to someone else who tells me my issue will be escalated, and I'll receive an email within 24 hours to take photos of the meals and send them over. After this is done it's expected to take 72 hours to be contacted from someone who will then apparently have to transfer the issue to another department which could then take a further 72 hours to reach an outcome.. so basically it will take 7 days before I will get any help/assistance with the messed up order. I explained to just eat about my illness (type 1 diabetes) and that I wasn't feeling the greatest,hence why I opted for a food delivery rather than struggle to cook something. the agents were not interested and offered zero assistance. Very very poor customer service on this occasion which has made me to decide to never use just eat again if they're happy to take my money and offer zero assistance with incorrect deliveries
Absolutely shocking experience considering, I've been refunded credit into my just eat account in the past when orders have been messed up (obviously by different agents who wanted to do their job)
