My account was broken into and an order has been placed that had nothing to do with me, at an address I have no connection with.
When I flagged it up, customer service was terrible, but most importantly, they refused to cooperate or do anything about it. They just kept telling me to contact my bank or get the police involved. They didn't investigate at all, and basically didn't care at all. I was shocked that they didn't want to take any responsibility whatsover and didn't even care to help me apart from telling me to change my password, which I obviously had. Can't believe they let me absorb the loss of your poor security. I will escalate a complaint to an ombudsman.
I am never giving you my money ever again. Your competition Deliveroo and Uber Eats were much more responsive in the past to issues and actually cared about their responsibility.
