Iam currently a courier for just eat and uber, I have read the comments and iam horrified by some of the comments, however, I can't speak for customer service but I can on the delivery side of things the problem on non delivery, I have witnessed drivers eating the food and swiping delivered, also drivers are on the 3 platforms just eat, uber and deliveroo at the same time and I've witnessed drivers pick up just eat delivery, go to their car, take food out of bag, go back to restaurant for another order,wait for it, then go to their car, go to another restaurant pick up another order, so if your order was the first one, it will be stone cold or not delivered at all, until the restaurant's refuse multiple pick up, this will get worse, I refuse to pick up 2 orders at a time, even in the quiet times, not all drivers are scrupulous, some of us take pride in our job.
