We ordered food but at the checkout it said payment failed. I instantly got a notification on my phone saying £27 had left my bank. It took around 30 minutes to find a contact number that wasn't a premium line. I found a number for their complaints department and I found it quite laughable that I had to leave a voice message due to "extremely high call volume". Still no call back after an hour, left 2 voicemails. It has messed our night up completely and we don't have much money or time together. We live in times now where we should be able to atleast have online chat to them even if not over the phone. The app is getting deleted and I won't be using them. They are good until you have a problem, then you have nobody to resolve it.
