On the 7th March we ordered £30 worth of food for our kids as it was my youngest birthday meal of choice (order number 1938662757). An order arrived quickly but it was only £10 worth of food and order number 51958. Driver took off quickly so we couldn't alert him. I made a complaint and took a picture of the unopened food bags and receipt including date, time, order number etc... I then reordered the same food (1938723095 which took over an hour to arrive. The driver said there were no burger patties apparently!). I've been told by Just Eat that, despite sending a picture of the wrong order receipt as they request, it is not proof enough that my order was not delivered. How am I supposed to evidence something that didn't arrive!? I have sent screen shots of my bank transactions and just eat orders but nope, it's not enough proof! So, they think it's OK for me to spend £60 on food to have only £40 worth even though £10 of it was not mine!! It's been reviewed twice by 2 different members of staff apparently (I could name and shame but it should be on your records who they are!). What were they reviewing exactly as it doesn't look like it was order numbers, just eat accounts or the actual details on the receipt sent!! That order was not meant for my address, it should be totally plain to see on my just eat account and, as for trying to prove food didn't arrive, I'll send pic next time of the space next to the wrong order on my kitchen counter and my kids sad faces! Give me my refund you awful scamming company!!
