You can't even add your own menu, you send an excel list, they make people with very bad English as administrators in India, you try to add products with them, you enter their system as if it was 2013, not 2023. It is not a suitable system, while its competitors are very high quality, their system is like a potato. I don't understand why you are trying to add restaurant or supermarket to your system if your system is not ready. My score is 0. Your management style is 0. The English accent or understanding of your customer representatives is 0. I will never use them again, neither as a customer nor as a business. I will cancel from our 10 branches.
