Rubbish company, set up the rule for the dishonest customer for get the free food and the claim the money back after, but why you need the takeaway to pay this money without any notice? After you the refund to customer and send us the email ask the takeaway to cover this money! Is wrong decision! Why we need to pay this if we nothing done wrong. Stupid you are. Is saus customer send them the photo for evidence but how you can prove to me the dish from the photo is definitely come from my shop, RUBBISH 😡
