I've given 1 star because zero isn't an option. For some reason I still don't understand, their website screwed up my delivery address to the first house on my road, the residents of which are on holiday. The food was either dumped on their doorstep or stolen by the driver but no effort was made to contact me on the number I provided. Just Eats website offers no ability to deal with this in real time, so my only option was to email asking for my £24 back. The response was to completely ignore any of my questions and basically tell me "not our problem, we don't care". This isn't just appalling customer service, but wholly foolish as well, because I'm never going to use them again and I'm going to be actively encouraging everyone I know to avoid them like the plague as well.
