The driver stole my food and said it was delivered. I called as soon as I saw it said delivered for them to contact the driver and ask where the food was delivered to but they wouldn't contact the driver or offer any help at all. I asked for a manager who sent a copy / pasted "we have high standards and sorry this delivery wasn't satisfactory" message and ignored any of my requests to know what happened to the food I paid for. I will never order from them again. I see they have a history of this and from what I can gather, the Just Eat delivery team are told to keep the order and fetch the next one of they are having problems locating an address. There is a way to contact the customer through the delivery guy's app but this is up to the driver whether he chooses to do that or not. The team often tell drivers just to keep an order for an address they can't find so they can fetch the next delivery faster rather than waste time calling customer or looking for the address. This is likely what happened but they will never say it they just ignore you and tell you to wait 7 days for a refund.
