I did not appreciate the fact that one out of the two men was actually the owners son. I have had this company come to home about 6 times in the past two years and everytime it has cost me less until this last visit. They came with the truck packed and probably barely room for my items. Plus they called ahead of time requesting that they come early and I worked around my schedule to accomodate them. I even tipped them as I usually do but this kid was rude and didn't even want to give me a $20 discount for continuing to be there customer. I don't think I would ever call then again. There should be some sort of incentive I mean 6 x 300 bucks goes along way for just a $20 discount guys. Choose your stuck up attitude very widely next time. You just lost a ongoing customer to your competitors just for being greedy.
