“cash grab especially when dealing with seniors. I came out to see what was going on as my 65 year old mother was out there alone. $375? no thanks. The most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with an employee of a company. Was bold enough to say to me a 23 year old woman "you need Better parenting" then spun gravel as he drove the just junk truck down the alley. little does this man know I just lost my father 8 days ago. Words have value and meaning. I am shocked by this interaction and appalled by the embarrassment level of professionalism the employee displayed.”

“I was told that the cost of removal was based on $699.00 including 2 men to do the loading for a full truck load and half load would be half that. I book a time for them to come and was told they would be there between 3:30 and 5:30 pm. So they didn't show up until 6:15 and then asked for $900.00 for half a load. I hired a mover to load everything on my trailer the next day for $100 and took it to the dump myself and paid $64. What a rip off. False advertising and a waste of my time.”

Our pricing is based on volume, and several examples can be found on our website for any clarification and is, as always, explained by our teams on-site. JUSTJUNK strives to offer a service to the multitude of our customers who are unable to make the efforts that you were; many moving services don't offer runs to the dump and transfer stations' hours are not always amenable to people's schedules, and convenient transportation isn't readily available to dispose of large loads of items, which is where we're able to offer a quick, one-stop service. “Unbelivable. Called for service and within 1 hour Cole and Dawson showed up. Two really nice fellahs. Picked everything up as we wished. Just like your commercial. Cannot praise those two guys enough.”

“My basement had water in it and I was anxious to get alot of articles out of it as soon as possible. I called Just Junk around 10am. and Jon and Josh appeared at my door about 3:30 pm. I was both relieved and impressed!. Both were very friendly and professional, committed to every detail of my requests but let me know if there was anything they couldn't take (hazardous waste material). I appreciated being told this as it told me they really cared about the job they were doing. Removing a LED light bulb from an old lamp, one of them handed it to me stating that I probably could still use it. I appreciated his attention to this detail because they are expensive. Next time I have to get rid of my "junk" I'll call Just Junk and hopefully Jon and Josh will turn up at my door. Lorraine Glazebrook. A very happy customer!!!”

“Carter and Renaud came and gave us a quote in the morning, then came back in the afternoon to dismantle and take away our old hot tub. They were very professional, efficient and got job done in under the estimated time. They did a great job and cleaned up all the mess. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them again to remove our junk.”

“Josh and Tate were amazing, quick, respectful and on-time. Came in less that quoted. Used this service after my father passed away and needed to clear out his home, they were able to sort belongings for donation and disposal, you pay for a premium service and that's exactly what they give.”

“Unimpressed here. Had these guys come pick up 1/2 a truck load today and the guys who did the work were good and respectful, but the companies pricing online was incredibly misleading. Ended up costing double the advertised cost. Shady company trying to hide their real costs. Don't reccomend.”

“I can only say the best for this company and the two fine men who came. They were on time, polite, worked fast and were gone. Best experience I have had so far with a junk removal company. Yes, if and when I need help again, I will definitely call Just Junk...very fair pricing too. “The cost was way more than I expected. It is misleading when they quote a price on line and then in person say it depends on how much space you take up in the truck! was not impressed and would not use them again. They are taking advantage and price gouging.”
