Pre-scheduled a pickup for a client of mine who took a vacation day and drove from Oakville to Toronto for the scheduled pickup time. Not only did the company not show up but after 3 separate calls into the company with a promise of a call back for an explanation, we have still not heard anything back a day later! A score of 1 star is too high,very disappointed at the lack of respect and courtesy shown by the company. We understand that things happen but to not even call with an explanation shows a lack of professionalism that we would expect from any company!
