I just experienced what true customer service is about. The two young men were about 30 minutes behind but phoned me to let me know. That's a big help when your trying to schedule things and they were still within the 2 hour window in which they said they would arrive originally. The quote was very close to the bill and they had the job completed in 30 minutes. We were on the second floor of my mom's apartment building.
I would recommend them anytime and we would definitely use Just Junk again if the need arises.
