My basement had water in it and I was anxious to get alot of articles out of it as soon as possible. I called Just Junk around 10am. and Jon and Josh appeared at my door about 3:30 pm. I was both relieved and impressed!. Both were very friendly and professional, committed to every detail of my requests but let me know if there was anything they couldn't take (hazardous waste material). I appreciated being told this as it told me they really cared about the job they were doing. Removing a LED light bulb from an old lamp, one of them handed it to me stating that I probably could still use it. I appreciated his attention to this detail because they are expensive.
