Good service from the guys that picked up our old piano, on time, and communicated when on their way. Price was a bit high to just move standup paino from garage into their truck, took 10 minutes even though I understand there are other expenses for disposal, and they did not have any control over their minimum charges...so not blaming them. Misunderstanding with Office that the piano would be recycled and donated for re-use, which is what we were told, then the guys that picked it up said that it does not get re-used, but dumped, because of process they have for pickup, and that the pianos never get recycled. A bit disappointing hearing that after we were told differently initially. Overall, JustJunk provided good service and communication throughout...so satisfied in the end. Thanks
