I had been worried about having the old chest freezer removed from our basement after it gave up the ghost on Thanksgiving day. I phoned and scheduled two appointments, one with JustJunk and the other with a competitor. Zack called me to say he was in the area and could drop by earlier than expected. I found him to be friendly and respectful of our concerns, courteous and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with his attitude and demeanor that I made the decision to go with JustJunk and not bother with the other appointment I had scheduled for the same afternoon. I cannot say enough good things about these two young men; the did an absolutely brilliant, top notch job of removing our old chest freezer without causing any damage to anything else in a relatively tight space. Seriously amazing job. My hat is off to Zack and his colleague as well as to JustJunk for hiring such polite and accomplished workers. Based on our experience I recommend JustJunk wholeheartedly.
