I wanted to get my flight changed 3hrs before but their customer care came for chat only after when my flight left. You cannot cancel your ticket. If there is anything less than this I would have selected unfortunately I have to give 1. Choose expedia or other better agencies do not go via them. Their customer support is not availability to help you out with. Worst worst stay away from them
