I have never encounter any problems with Justfly.com. I always booked over 50 flights and never had an issue. I even got a refund within problems.

I booked a flight Egypt air, later cancelled the flight, it was confirmed flight was refund eligible. Justly said their cancelation fee is $200 and Egypt air cancelation fee is $150, till date justly had refused to issue my refund. Reading all the reviews here I see that this company does this to defraud people, but I'll be looking into other actions to take to get my refund.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Justfly regarding their ticket cancellation process. In addition to the airline's own cancellation fees, Justfly charged an additional $200 per passenger, which resulted in a total of $600 for just two bookings involving three passengers on the same day. While I fully understand that service fees are part of the business, this amount felt excessive and unreasonable. It gave the clear impression that customer care and fairness are not priorities for Justfly. With fees like these, it is difficult to justify ever booking through Justfly again. Going forward, I will exercise extreme caution before using their services and strongly encourage Justfly's management to carefully reconsider their fee structure and adjustment charges. I am sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions and avoid similar frustrations.

I booked a flight to hawaii and paid for first class to find out the first leg of the trip I have to sit in economy class. they want an additional 600 for a tickets I already paid 4k. No one would change it. I can't even upgrade through the airline so I am stuck. Never again will I book through them

Took 2 weeks to actually get a ticket, then issues getting payment through, now after canceling the flight 2.5 months ahead of time I don't get a full refund

This company will steal your money on day broad light!! I paid full amount for BA flight return ticket plus bag insurance,yet I had to pay again to british airways at the airport for trip segments!! Avoid this company like plague!!

This site is really fraud. They have pushed me to choose a seat and deducted too much money equal to half price of the ticket only for forced seat reservation without my confirmation! The customer service only is replying via chat! And when I asked for an official email I got this response: we don't have any email!! How can a reliable company exists without even one official email....

I booked a flight for 4 people via Justfly with Asiana Airlines, Los Angeles to Vientiane, Laos departing Jan 10, 2025, with 1 stop in Inchon, Korea. Tickets were $1491.80 with $51.80 for baggage tracking. Approximately 16 hours prior to departure I discovered a wrong name on one of the tickets. Bottom line - Asiana said can change the spelling but wouldn't change the name so I opted to cancel the ticket for that person. I was told the cancellation would be $200. I said ok and gave the link for the $200. Next day I saw Justfly charged $251.80 (cancellation and baggage tracking fee I paid). Then I found out the refund for the ticket was only $1291.80, not the $1491.80 I paid. So, that means I paid $451.80 to have 1 ticket cancelled. I was told refund would take 6-8 weeks. Contacted Justfly and clicked on Chat. Only AI on chat and gave stupid reason for the amounts. Won't ever use Justfly again, probably not Asiana either. Also, when the passengers arrived at Inchon for transfer to Busan Air, they were charged $50.00 for Korean visa and were in Inchon for 1 hr 30 mins.

They collected my money for assigned seating. When the flight was canceled, they refused to send me my refund unless I sent in a boarding pass from the airline I was transferred to. Why is the onus on the customer to maintain their records exactly? And who holds on to the boarding pass after they have boarded?

They grossly overcharge for additional luggage (in USD!). They will not cancel or adjust flights. Do not book with them!

If there’s in case of emergency they offer this travel insurance you pay extra for. It doesn’t work as easy as you think. You need to be in dying situation to be able to use it. I have pregnancy health issue and I provided them with all they needed but they kept of persisting to have my starting date when my issue started. My Ob provided all that in a letter but they kept on saying that they really need a specific date. The insurance they offer is a scam. I will never be using justfly again. There’s plenty of website you can use other than justfly. People that left good reviews most likely employees of their. I 100% do not recommend this website to book any flights. You will waste so much money and time. Also, their customer service sucks. Most of the time you won’t get an actual person to answer your questions or concerns. It’s robotic communication only. You do not get anyone on the phone also. Nothing in this website is easy or convenient. YOU USE IT, GUARANTEED YOU’LL LOSE MONEY.

have used justfly for years and not had many issues except a canceled flight that they did not tell me about but later fixed it. I just bought tickets to cancun but before buying any, I saw that on their website they had tickets for $650 round trip. The dates were flexible but I wanted fixed dates. So I made a mistake and called their customer service. The rep I spoke to lied to me and told me that only one flight is available with only 4 seats left and it is $730 per person. A friend of mine just booked her ticket on the exact same flight so he lied. When trying to buy the tickets two days ago, I told him that I did not see that particular flight on their website. He gave me a bogus excuse that it's because the seats are almost full and only exactly 4 seats left. He then told me the total for 4 people including child was $2700. I approved the transaction. I got a receipt for $2900 instead. I called two days later when I saw the receipt to ask why the rep told me that per person was $730 but I was being charged $758. He told me to divide $2900 by 4 people and it is $730 per person and that my 6 year old son is being charged as an adult. I received an email with receipt showing that my 6 year old child ticket is 100 dollars less than what the reps were telling me and he was being charged as a child under 12. I was told that i passed the 24 hour window to cancel the flight so they said they won't give me a refund and cant help. One rep actually hung up on me mid sentence after he told me to divide the $2900 by 4 people and my 6 year old is being charged adult fees. They are a very dishonest company. I have never spoken to a representative till today but i now know they are shady. Stay away from them if you want piece of mind when traveling or book through them and hope for the best

Complete scammers. I would never use them again. I booked a flight with them to Europe. The agent told me I was getting a good deal and it ended up completely opposite. Originally the flight hours showed at 19 and after I booked it the time jumped to 25! I was also told my tickets were “economy”, and they ended up being “economy light”.

I originally purchased a flight to Portugal for November , counting on my military son to be able to meet me there for a week to visit his 99 year old great grandmother and then return back with me. After purchasing said tickets at a reasonable price my son mentioned that he would no longer be able to go because of a military obligation. I contacted justfly to be able to transfer my tickets for another day since I was not allowed to cancel. I paid a 150 justfly fee and incurred an extra charge of 60 because of the price difference of the flight and a 199 penalty by the airline. That afternoon my son got confirmation that he would now be able to go and I immediately contacted justfly to get the tickets that I originally purchased back. they refunded me the airline penalty and the 60 difference, however, now the seats were no longer the price I got them but instead 250 dollars more. I had incurred the penalty again and the 250 on top of it. This flight with all the charges doubled in price. Now I'm not blaming anyone for the changes but in military life things definitely change from one moment to the next. The fact that I had just changed them that morning and not even 12 hours passed, and now had to pay the 250 more really upset me. I understood the penalty fee, however the over 250 ticket difference really blows my mind and no one can help me get that ticket price back. They said that my seat was sold to someone else. I never had a seat, I never reserved a particular seat, it is just another opening. If it wasn't for losing the cost of two tickets I would have simply just canceled everything because at this point I don't really feel like going anymore knowing that I am paying double what I started with.

Caution should be exercised when dealing with fight firms , as i unfortunately experienced a significant loss with this so called Justfly companies . With the assistance of AixaLtd . com , i was able to successfully track and got the refund of my $7,000 . AixaLtd . com intervention was pivotal in resolving the situation effectively

Worst online flight booking travel agency to ever exist. Customer service gives you the run around when the international return leg doesn't issue boarding pass and they will not do anything other than blame the liability on the airliner instead of taking responsibility as the booking agency. We got stuck in asia, and has to rebook a separate cost back to the USA being turned away at the check in counter because the booking agency JustFly cancelled our booking on our return flight because another airliner involuntary flight exchange and flight cancellation. They refuse to book us another flight home, refund, reimburse for credit. All they do is shift the accoutability to the airliner. Please do not ever use this company to book any flights or you will regret it. The company will not last long as they have other pending lawsuits. They are a scam and fraudulent booking site. We will have our attorney team involved to pursue legal action.
