Justfly Customer Service: A Terrible Experience from Start to Finish
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Justfly's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From the moment I needed assistance, it became clear that this company does not prioritize customer service or satisfaction.
To start, I had to spend nearly three hours on their online chat, desperately trying to explain my emergency situation and seeking urgent assistance. Despite this significant time investment, I received little to no useful help. Instead, I was met with rude responses, a lack of understanding, and a general sense that the agents had no idea how to address my issue.
When I tried to call Justfly, the situation was even worse. There was no one to talk to, and I was stuck in an endless loop of waiting, only to be forced back into the dreaded online chat. This lack of human interaction was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had a legitimate issue that required immediate attention.
My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. This felt like a blatant attempt to extract more money from me for something that should have been resolved without additional charges.
The lack of honesty and transparency was appalling. It seemed that once I had paid for my ticket, Justfly was no longer interested in providing any form of customer service. Instead, they tried to squeeze more money out of me for absolutely no reason.
I have used many travel booking websites, but Justfly has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and disrespectful to customers. I will never use this website again, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, choose a different travel booking service. Justfly is simply not worth the headache.
