I simply ordered round trip from Cleveland to Minneapolis, nonstop, Delta, paid, got the booking number from Justfly. Everything went smooth up to this point. When I did not get my tickets in a few hours, I started to get worried that it takes them to long to confirm my reservation. They said it should take no more then 24 hours. I waited for about 30 hours, still no tickets, and cancelled my booking with them. Surprisingly I was able to get my tickets directly from Delta for the same flights without any problem for the same price! Got my tickets right away! When I tried to reach Justfly customer service about the delayed booking during the 30+ hours of waiting, their answer was "we are still working on it". I am wondering what were they working on? The tickets were readily available on the Delta site for anyone but them! I resume, they are good for nothing, and I should buy directly from airlines from now on. By the way, I forgot to mention they did not want to issue a refund right away, even though they failed to provide any service. They said I should wait for it for a couple of month. luckily I was able to get my money back through my credit card but Justfly kept $75 service fee for doing nothing!
