If there’s in case of emergency they offer this travel insurance you pay extra for. It doesn’t work as easy as you think. You need to be in dying situation to be able to use it. I have pregnancy health issue and I provided them with all they needed but they kept of persisting to have my starting date when my issue started. My Ob provided all that in a letter but they kept on saying that they really need a specific date. The insurance they offer is a scam. I will never be using justfly again. There’s plenty of website you can use other than justfly. People that left good reviews most likely employees of their. I 100% do not recommend this website to book any flights. You will waste so much money and time. Also, their customer service sucks. Most of the time you won’t get an actual person to answer your questions or concerns. It’s robotic communication only.
