I think this is a great resource for students to receive extra help. The actual tutoring platform was easy to use and engaging for the student. My child was able to write on the screen and talk through her responses with the tutor directly. We really enjoyed working with the tutor and would definitely use her again in the future. One of the main issues I had was that the website for signing up and scheduling a session has a handful of issues. There are issues with logging in, lack of communication when a tutor is subbed out for another, and I still can't figure out how to get the post-session feedback that I got a notification that the tutor submitted. Other than the technical issues, this is a really great option for students, and I will be recommending this to other parents in my circle!
