“He works very well with my son who is taking Language Arts 2nd grade with Mr. Pfeifer. I will definitely book a session for Math as well! My son left his first tutoring session content and looking forward to the next one.”

“She made me understand what i was struggling with, and it really helped me out, sometimes you need a point of vew from a different person to help you understand, because everyone explains things differently and she is the best tutor I hve ever had!”

“5 Stars for the tutor and 1 star for the website (service). You upgraded the website in the middle of the semester. Now my childs logon's no longer work and we can't get connected to our tutor. And you have her listed as a Kindergartener when she is a junior in high school. All of this occurred with no communication whatsoever to the parent/guardian of the student. Do better!”

Hi Julie, So sorry to hear about these issues you have experienced! We did update the website to add an upgraded guardian portal allowing for more guardian controls on the account and to manage sessions from a singular account. It looks like we were able to assist with getting you logged in, but we will have someone from our team follow-up with you again to gather any further feedback you'd like to provide and to discuss the issues you experienced. “Stay away from a Spanish tutor called Andrea Peña. That tutor does not value you as a student. They are very rude and don't reply to your messages. They purposely decline your sessions. They are not a good person.”

We deeply regret the repeated declination of your sessions without explanation. Sometimes a tutor may decline tutoring sessions if they are unable to attend. A message is usually left for the student in these instances. Effective communication is fundamental to our approach, and we are disappointed to learn that your messages went unanswered.
