5 Stars for the tutor and 1 star for the website (service). You upgraded the website in the middle of the semester. Now my childs logon's no longer work and we can't get connected to our tutor. And you have her listed as a Kindergartener when she is a junior in high school. All of this occurred with no communication whatsoever to the parent/guardian of the student. Do better!
