Poor after sales service. They will provide you full assistance until you pay for the product and then after they mute themselves. I have placed an order for Karwachauth which I was expecting to receive on November 1 but until now I haven’t had any tracking number from them. I been calling them, chatting with them on chat window of the website, trying to contact thru whatsapp but I am getting the same response “someone will assist you and it may take longer”. I waited for 20 hours and until now I do not know what is the status of my order. Looters
