Worst customer service in the world and the worst quality products.. Stay away from these cheaters. They gave me a dress with horrible stains and all the threads were coming out. Its not even worth 100 rs. When I contacted customer service, they denied that there was even return policy even though there is a whole page on their website dedicated to RETURNS!!! they are liars and they will never answer your texts. Never ever buy anything form kalki.
