I ordered from kalki and from the starting the order was a miss. They send the wrong sizes I ordered according to the size chart and inch measurements but they sent me sizes 10 inches shorter. It took forever to explain their team the issue and I had to repeat myself 10-15 times! They gave me stupid options like please go to your local tailor and get a brand new kurti fixed (it shouldn’t be ripped in the first place!). After the returns processing taking 2 months they finally agreed to return my money but then made an excuse saying the bank is blocking my return back. They basically kept arguing and saying they can’t do anything or return my money. I STILL haven’t gotten my money back. I have never had this issue anywhere. Kalki is a thief house not a fashion house!!
