On 25 December 2022 I purchased 2 sarees and a kurta from the Delhi store for my daughter, my niece and my son to wear to a wedding In Bangalore. Kalki agreed to stitch the blouse for my daughter and post it and the rest of my purchases to Bangalore by 10 January in time for a wedding on 25 January. It did not arrive and apart from a call to my friend in Bangalore to confirm her address they have made no attempt to contact me. I have emailed and tried to contact them through WhatsApp and have also had numerous nonsensical phone conversations with Nisha in the Delhi store. Nisha has advised that:
A. the items were sent by courier on the date of purchase which seems bizarre given that a blouse had to be made; and
B. The sarees have been located but the kurta is missing.
The wedding is fast approaching and I am at my wits end. I have previously dealt with Kalki’s online business and would again because of the service and quality of the products, but Kalki is clearly a fish out of water in premier retail business. It has overwhelmingly been my worst ever customer service experience in India or in any other country.
