I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Kalki. I had opted for a custom order and after having inputted a couple of measurements incorrectly, I was contacted by e-mail and worked with a customer service rep to correct the errors. Despite a back-and-forth exchange, exacerbated by the time difference between us, the individual who contacted me exhibited patience and worked with me to ensure that the order was put in correctly. And to my surprise, the shipment arrived just a few days later! I was impressed with the quality of the piece - will absolutely keep Kalki in mind for my future shopping needs :)
