I was sent the wrong size. Instead of a size 38, I received a size 34. I do expect a 100% refund, however, the email I received said whatever shipping I pay will be reimbursed as voucher credit to use for a future purchase -- absolutely unacceptable! I have sent an email back making clear that I need an absolute full refund including the money a spend on shipping to be reimbursed to the credit card I used.
