If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience. I ordered an outfit at the pop up that they had, first while I was there the lady who was helping place orders told me that I was was a little more on the healthier side and had to get a customized outfit. Which was extremely rude as Ive never had a problem in Indian clothes and have never had someone classify me in the “overweight” category. I normally order a large or extra large depending on the material. In this case based on the guide, I would be a large. Secondly, after a few weeks I reached out because I had not received my order and wanted to see where it was as there was no update either. They told me it was out of stock and I would get it in 30 days. 20 days after that (august 8) messaged them again because I still had not heard from them and they were still saying it is out of stock. I should have been informed as I had an event and I had to run to get a dress I did not want last minute. Currently, it is showing in stock online and that the delivery date is august 15th (just a few days from now) This service is extremely disappointing for a large organization and I will definitely not be shopping with them again.
