I placed an order online on 30th of June 2024, that was canceled on 5th of July. I got my refund back on 11th of August, initiated by them on 9th of August after a month long period and too many follow-ups. On 18th of August they charged my card back again with the same amount(Rs 7247.83). Not sure how that is even possible. My bank has advised me to block my card. In the era of too many bank/internet frauds, just be careful with even outlets with big names. Be safe!
