Despite multiple follow-ups, I receive the same response every day—"the refund has been processed"—yet there is no transaction ID or proof of refund. Since the refund was supposed to be issued via PayPal, it should have been immediate, but I am still waiting. The lack of transparency and constant delays make this company highly unreliable. I have been charged for a product that was never shipped, and now I am being forced to chase my own refund. Their customer service is frustrating, and there is no direct way to contact their finance team. I regret trusting Kalki Fashion and would urge others to be cautious before making any purchases. This experience has been nothing but a waste of time and money.
