I seriously cannot recommend Kalki enough. I was looking for a website where I could buy a sari and have it shipped to the U.S. I've never worn a sari before and needed one for a friend's wedding. Kalki was amazing. I submitted my measurements for my skirt and blouse to be custom made and they contacted me by phone and email when they thought I measured something wrong and they wanted to fix it. They kept in touch with me constantly, sending daily emails, phone calls and texts about the status of my order. No more than two weeks after I ordered it, my sari arrived on my doorstep in the United States and I got a text when it was dropped off. The customer service is probably the best I have received anywhere. They're friendly, timely and communicative. And the sari is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life! I cannot wait to wear it.
