I had purchased 3 items end of August, one arrived on time however two of them are delayed by a month. After numerous contact via WhatsApp enquiring about the item, I was told, it’ll take 24-48 hours to inform me on the dispatch. I followed up again after 48hours reminding them SKU no. and details, I was assured I will be inform of it. When I finally received an email, I saw only one item being dispatched. I enquired again if both the items were in the dispatched. They told me the item is no longer available and send me links to alternate item which was more expensive. I was told to choose one and pay the extra amount! The amount of running around with enquiring about the product is really frustrating and above all their communication is really bad. No emails on status the items you had already paid for is really not a great practice. Improve your service and keep you customer in touch which is no. 1 for any online service and providing to international customers. I will not be visiting the site again with this experience.
