Bad quality items and terrible returns.
I ordered 4 items and all of them were horrible quality, and it was definitely not cheap for what you got.
I started the return (they do not offer free returns, which is a bummer) and it's been over a month with the parcel still not arriving at the warehouse (according to the website's tracking, but spoke to the carrier and they say it was delivered). I contacted them several times about this tracking issue and have not heard anything back from my emails. I just want my $300 refunded.
