Never buy from Karen Millen. I ordered a dress that was $400+ and in one use 25+ flowers from the dress fell off at a wedding. Guest were picking them up and handing them to me. When I requested a refund they only offered 20% bc I have taken the flowers to an alterations shop to be sowed back on.

Absolutely appalled . Still waiting 3 weeks for refund. This company is making money holding your refund. This is not acceptable

Sadly it’s appears I’m another person waiting on a refund. I returned two items 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund for one. I feel lucky I got one refund back. It’s very disappointing as usually I buy a few dresses and then return but I won’t be buying from KM again. I have been in touch with them asking for my refund and keep getting the same answer that it should be into my account by this date etc. 6 weeks for a refund is ridiculous. Don’t buy if you think you’ll be returning.

I returned the items 1 month ago and still no news and no refund. The customer service is poor, they have confirmed they received a return but they are not paying me back fro the items for 1 month. I don't understand why I have to chase them and what is takins so long? I won't ever order anything from them and hope the customers who read this won't either.

Absolutely disgusting customer service with no direct contact and repeated sorry for delay messages each time I have tried to contact them regarding my refund which I have now been trying to get for over a month. Always thought Karen Millen to be a reputable company but would never buy from them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Karen Millen. Not only did I not receive a parcel of £230, 3 weeks later I still haven’t been refunded! This is not including the items that I did receive that I returned 4 weeks ago for which I am still waiting for a refund. In total, my am waiting for over £1000 refund on which I am now incurring interest. Contacted LM 3 times…not interested.

I have emailed the company 3 times to do a return and have never received a response. I have a history of purchasing Karen Millen dresses and find this to be horrific customer service.

I returned an item on the 6.3.25 . Still no refund i have sent messages via text. Sometimes this is AI generated as it asks which country was my item delivered to. They have now said i will get my refund by the 27.3.25. Why does it take this long??? It is not fair holding onto customers money for so long . I bought my item on my amex account and will need to pay off the returned item now which i do not even have. This has really made me reconsidering purchasing online with KM Please improve your returns service it is not good enough!

Still no refund since returning the item one month ago. They confirmed that they did receive the item but they seem to think it’s ok to hold onto their customers money even though they have the products returned to them. I am nervous that my refund will never come. Will never purchase from KM again. They are an online business only so they should at least get their system and processes right otherwise how will they survive - they will loose so many customers.

I ordered a size 4, was sent a size 2. I attempted to return the item and their system states it cannot track the order number. I have reached out with 3 emails a week for over a month with no response. My credit card company is now involved and soon my lawyer will be.

I have been buying from Karen millen for over 20 years , but I am very reluctant to buy now , design and materials are very different to what it used to be , and returns are very poor , you Waite so long for a refund , so be very careful and keep your receipts to prove you have sent the items back ,

Ordered recently from KM and the information on the website for return charges does not match the experience I encountered. The refund process was satisfactory. Will never order from them again.

I have a special event coming up this weekend so o decided to spend a little bit more than I usually would and bought myself a new dress with next day delivery. The dress came today and I am shocked at the poor quality of the dress, the sleeves look like they have been cut with children's scissors and the cut is wonky and freyed and the next line has a chunk cut out too, it looks cheap and nasty and I am extremely let down. The last time I ordered from the company it arrived in a book hoo bag which makes me question the company and will never order from them again!

Karen Millen have not refunded for returned items £182.32 and they are impossible to contact. This is a total rip off. Can anyone suggest how to fight for this money?

Karen Millen to be my fave shop. I’ve read all these reviews and totally agree. I used to only purchase the premier service for free returns (but also free delivery as an aside). Now they charge the premier fee only to give you next day delivery only. They didn’t even send me a email to say they were changing their t&cs!The main thing I want is free returns and delivery. I don’t care about the ‘next day’ bonus. I don’t want to pay for delivery and returns if I’m such a regular customer. They have utterly deteriorated. Such a rip off service and trying to scam you for paying for it. I’ve spent thousands of pounds in their shops and online. This is all very disappointing. At one time karen millen was high end. Unfortunately no more. They’ve lost my custom now….and seems as though there are many disgruntled customers unhappy with similar issues. You need to up your game Karen millen! Shame on you

Thank you for the opportunity to review Karen Millen. If zero star was possible it’s what they deserve. They are disgraceful rude non trustworthy 100% not trustworthy. I have send many complaints to this company- waste of my energy. I wrote complaint after complaint to Trustpilot, they took no responsibility for any of the losses I’ve suffered. Saying they had not received refunds & I having proof of postage. Funnily enough I got a refund for one item in the package yet there were two items in said package. This happened several times.i estimate I am out of pocket 400e. They deny they say the check through warehouse security camera & I do not believe this as I know 100% these items were returned. It feels so wrong to be disbelieved. The ordeal with these people made me unwell. Who can withstand a loss of that amount. The customer has to pay for returns & on top of that they deduct a further 3.50 for handling fee. A customer mentioned the articles of clothing are like dish cloths & I completely agree. Finding yourself feel beaten & betrayed by a company is demoralising & in the interest of customer care there needs to be a legal obligation for customers concerns are listened to & BELIEVED. What would the purpose be of returning if the items were correct, of good quality or fitted. Returning is costly. I have written pages of complaints to these people & they have not responded. For my own sanity I stopped. I feel abused betrayed as a customer. No company should do this to a customer & be allowed to get away with it.

CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ABOUT HOW I GET MY ITEM REPLACED. YOU SENT ME A DAMAGED/FAULTY COAT WHICH LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN USED. IT MISSING A BUTTON, MARKED AND FRAYED. THE AGENT ‘CHLOE’ SAID I CAN HAVE IT CHANGED THEN SAID SHE CANNOT DO IT. ALL EMAILS NOW BEING IGNORED. DISGUSTING! Karen Millen HAS LOST THEIR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IT SEEMS. A REAL SHAME AS THEIR CLOTHES WERE FABULOUS PREVIOUSLY.

The charge for the service of returning an item. Not post and packaging which I agree you need to be charged for but to be charged for the service of returning is disgraceful. Wanted to exchange item for a smaller size and was not honoured the price I originally paid, was charged an extra €40!!! And now I have noticed my item is on sale and the original price it’s stating it was is false. It is now saying it used to cost €99 but when I bought it, it stated €120!!!
