I used to be a faithful Karen Millen customer for over 13 years....Seduced by Facebook Karen Millen sale, I have bought various items. Although some of the items were fine, but only fine, others were not the usual Karen Millen excellent standard. No Karen Millen monogram details like there used to be on zips, buttons and buckles.
Customer service very condescending and dismissive.
It's just so sad
