This is the worst shopping experience I've ever done! I can't recommend Karen Millen. I will never order something there again! This company is dubious and unprofessional. They told lies, e.g. I asked to cancel my order and they answered that it's not possible because the staff in the warehouse works very fast but curiously the status of the shipment is for 3-4 days the same and is not handed over to Hermes shipment yet! And you have to pay the return shipping costs
